Each delivery is handled as its own compliance file: user submits truck and driver details, delivery supervisor verifies the documents, then delivery manager gives final approval to go and deliver.
Each date-based requirement must have its own attached document(s). You can attach one or multiple files for each requirement.
Admin can verify documents as Delivery Supervisor, then approve the truck to go and deliver as Delivery Manager.
